No Meeting 5/28

Please be aware that we will not be having a meeting Monday 5/28. At last week's meeting each girl made a different "green" pledge. Please ask your child about her pledge and encourage her to keep trying until she is able to succeed. Some of their pledges included using less water while brushing her teeth, going a weekend without watching t.v., and bringing flatware from home instead of using the disposable utensils at fast-food restaurants.

Additionally, due to a job opportunity, we have to reschedule the troop sleepover. It will no longer be June 9-10. Due to complications between our schedules, Lisa and I have decided to postpone until a weekend in July. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will contact you- and resend permission packets- once a final date has been selected. Please check our calendar for future troop events, and the GSNETX calendar (link in the right-hand column) for other upcoming Girl Scout opportunities.

Families that have outstanding cookie balances: Please turn in the remaining funds ASAP. Council will not release your child's cookie prizes until the debt has been settled. If you have questions, please call Mandy.
